Definitions stop respond on google account

Hi,

I have a Samsung S4 (GT-I9505) with Android 5.0.1 (Original Rom).
When i go to > Definitions > Accounts - and click on Google i receive the following message: Definitions stop

Already make factory reset but the problem persist!

Can someone help me?
