Understandably people have lives and either the item isn't in stock or they don't have time, I for one am out of the country till late October. Bought through Sam's club, they're allowing exchanges until the 30 th. I assume it's the Verizon policy they put out. Can they legally stop exchanging or returning the note 7 even though it's official cp government recall? I heard restocking fees after this date. They also want you to sign a new contract, i signed the 2 year and it will change from August to October that I don't agree with. Why can't they just do an item exchange? Legally how long do we have?
