I have my Nexus 6p and it will not install the March 2016 update.. robot on side red/

I have a nexus 6p and I am trying to install the March 2016 update and every time I tried I end up with the robot lying down on its side with an error message and a red symbol? What is wrong as I wanted to upgrade to Nougat but here is a problem that I cannot seem to figure out. I made sure that USB Debugging was off and my phone has an unlocked bootloader.

Has Google started with the OTA on the 6P yet as my Pixel C was updated some weeks ago..

I downloaded and updated NRT latest but I do not know what choice to use as I want to keep everything and just upgrade to Nougat but first I am concerned about the robot on its side with an error! thank you for helping me
