Please help!! hidden menu question

Art g5 using straight talk compatible sim. I need to access the "phone info" area in the hidden menu to reset the phone radio. When I select phone info, it comes up then immediately a pop up displays "not supported by this app"! Please guys any help its desperately appreciated
