Bootloader locked or unlocked checking

There is any method to know my phone bootloader is unlocked or not?

I suspecting that my phone is Chinese version and technical from mobile store flash Global firmware on it.

I saw him running my phone on fastboot mode to flash Global firmware.

P/s: I'm using SD variant
