[Q] Anyway to downgrade the Android version from Lollipop to Kitkat or Jellybean

I am wanting to root my Verizon S4 and you know, locked bootloader. So I am wondering if there is a way to downgrade to Jellybean or Kitkat to root it and get cyanogen.
