Anyway to get back to 1.3? Not able to re-connect watch w/ iPhone on 1.4

I gotta reset the watch to be able to re-pair it with my phone if it disconnects, i noticed this going to 1.4. I got the watch with 1.3 installed about a week ago and it was working fine. Any way to get back to 1.3?
